Dr. Dillon was raised in Lisbon, Connecticut and graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology. She completed a Master of Science in Pathology at the University of Vermont Medical Center and focused her thesis on HPV infection and its potential etiologic role in colorectal cancer. After graduate school, she worked at Maitri Healthcare for Women as a medical assistant and subsequently completed her Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine. She is currently a third year AP/CP Pathology Resident at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lisbon, Connecticut. Her activities with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) include Resident Forum Delegate, recently elected Junior Member of the Reproductive Medicine Committee, and anticipated participation in the Engaged Leadership Academy next month in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation from residency in June 2018, she will be a Fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital, subspecializing in Gynecologic and Perinatal Pathology.
