Mr. Jeffrey K. Rhodes, also known as Jeff, is a Partner at TPG Capital. Mr. Rhodes served as a Principal at TPG Capital, L.P. since 2005. He co-leads the healthcare group and the firm's investment activities in the healthcare services, pharmaceuticals and medical device sectors. He serves as an Advisor of American Franchise Company, LLC. He works in the North American Buyouts Group. He serves as Vice President of Texas Pacific Group (TPG). Prior to joining TPG in 2005, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he worked for three years. He serves as a Member of the Board of Managers at Envision Topco Holdings, LLC. He served as a Vice President of Business Development for Article 27 LTD. He has been a Director of Immucor, Inc. and IVD Holdings, Inc. since August 1, 2011. He has been a Director of Par Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. since September 2012 and Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC (formerly ASC Acquisition LLC) since 2010. He has been an Independent Director of Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. since 2015. He serves as a Director of Envision Topco Holdings, LLC, EnvisionRX, IMS Health and Surgical Care Affiliates, Par Pharmaceuticals Companies, Inc., and Envision Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. He served as Director of Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. from October 30, 2013 to March 24, 2017. He served as Director of Biomet, Inc from November 2012 to June 2015, LVB Acquisition, Inc. since November 2012 and IMS Health Holdings, Inc. from December 2011 to March 23, 2014. He was a Founding Board Member of the Healthcare Private Equity Association. Mr. Rhodes received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from Williams College.
