Jeff leads the global Sales function for Smiths Medical. He has more than 35 years of successful global experience leading, developing and motivating highly effective executive management teams, developing innovative marketing and sales strategies as well as building strong customer partnerships. He has guided organizations through major change initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions and ERP implementations. Jeff joined Smiths Medical in 2012, as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Americas, and has been in his current role since 2015. Prior to Smiths Medical, Jeff held progressively more senior sales & marketing roles within Teleflex and Hudson Respiratory Care, where he grew sales revenues year over year, launched businesses into new markets and maximized operating profits on a global scale. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana
