Javier joins Ackermann International in 2011, leading either national and global projects, for several industries: Healthcare, Industry, Tehcnology and Finantial Services, among others. In 2014, is proposed lead the operations of the office stablished in Barcelona. In 2016, returns to Madrid, leading the Industry sector within a national scope and as Head of Research for the Executive division in Spain. In 2017, is proposed as Director for the office stablished in Bogotá, Colombia. Javier has a degree in Communication and Master in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School. Speaks fluently three languages and has lived and worked in Italy, United Kingdom, Spain and curently in Colombia.
