Ms. Jane C. Garvey has been the North America Chairman and Unit President of Business Operations in North America at Meridiam Infrastructure Finance S.a.r.l. since 2009. Ms. Garvey is Research Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Center for Transportation and Logistics. Ms. Garvey joined Meridiam Infrastructure in 2009. Ms. Garvey has held a number of senior positions across the public and private infrastructure sector in the United States. Since 2008, she served on the transition team for President Barack Obama with a focus on transportation policies and related challenges facing the new administration. She served as the Head of US Public-Private Partnerships Advisory Group in Transportation of JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, she advised states on financing strategies to facilitate much needed project delivery for state governments. From 1997 to 2002, Ms. Garvey served as the Administrator of The Federal Aviation Administration having been nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the Senate in August 1997.
