Mr. Jan Rafaj has been the Human Resources & Public Affairs Director of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. since January 2011. Mr. Rafaj served as Public Affairs Director of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. since 2008. Mr. Rafaj served as Senior Manager in ArcelorMittal Ostrava since January 2006. He served as the Head of Legal Department of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. from January 2006 to 2008. Mr. Rafaj started his career at ArcelorMittal Frydek-Mistek A.S. and served as its Head of the legal department from 2002 to 2003 and HR Director from 2003 to 2006. He has been a Director of ArcelorMittal Frydek-Mistek A.S. since July 2007 and served as its Supervisory Board Member from 2006 to 2007. He has been a Vice Chairman and Director of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. since April 17, 2016 and November 2011 respectively.
