James comes to Aurora with 23 years of spine experience having started his career as the first spine implant distributor in West Texas with Acromed. Serving as an award winning agent for DepuySpine, James went on to consult for various spinal companies. He has also served in high level management roles for such companies as Orthohelix and DJO Orthopedics. James has provided training to both reps and surgeons and has provided technical assistants in over 7,000 spinal surgeries in his career. Recently he was a market and design consultant to national and international  spinal device manufactures.
