My name is Jacqueline and I work as a R&D engineer in the Needle Innovation and Development department of our Device R&D unit. In my job, I am responsible for developing needles from an idea quickly sketched on a paper to a finished product that can be mass produced in more than 2 billion pieces every year. As such my job is extremely versatile and I do everything from talking to patients about their everyday challenges to testing prototypes in the lab.
