Irene B. Corbe joined Stryker in April 2014 as Vice President, Internal Audit. Ms. Corbe reports to the Audit Committee of Stryker's Board of Directors. In this role, Irene oversees Stryker’s financial audit activity which is a critical component of the corporate governance structure. Irene joined Stryker with 25 years of experience in internal audit, finance and accounting in various roles of increasing responsibilities. Most recently, Ms. Corbe was the Vice President, Internal Audit at Whirlpool Corporation.
