Biography

completed his master study in High Energy Physics while working full-time as a scientist at the Austrian Academy of Science. From 2009 to 2013 he was responsible for the mechanical development of a sub detector group and the development of a new cooling system for a large particle physics experiment located in Japan. He has spent several months in Japan and at CERN with research activities on cooling and mechanics. He managed a group of students and coordinated scientists from various countries and cultural backgrounds. By doing so, he gained first management experience before swapping to the private sector. At Frequentis AG, a company dedicated to provide communication systems for life-critical applications, he received project management training and held positions as project manager, service manager and requirements engineer working on a program with a governmental customer.
