Henning works as an International Lead Programmer in the department for Biostatistics, Semaglutide and Oral GLP-1 in the Global Development organisation in Novo Nordisk R&D. Before he started in his current position, he had been working as a consultant for Novo Nordisk so the transfer into the company was a natural development in his career. He wanted to get more into detail in the drug development and understand the process and the steps from the idea to the production of a new compound. Today, he feels his job gives him a very unique insight into the development of best-in-class diabetes treatment.
