Biography

Heather is General Counsel for Two Labs and is the team’s generics pharma subject matter expert. Heather is also General Counsel for all of Two Labs’ affiliates. For PharmaLicense, Heather develops creative licensing strategies for manufacturers, wholesalers and third-party logistics providers, working with regulatory, legal and commercial teams. Along with other team members, she helped develop a unique licensing strategy that shrinks the licensing timeframe from 12-18 months to 3 months — allowing clients to launch products in record time. As the generics subject matter expert, Heather develops creative entry strategies and teaches branded manufacturers how to participate in the generic space when their product is facing patent expiration or a challenge. She strongly believes that generic competition doesn’t have to mean the death of a brand company product. Generics can be an exciting and profitable space! Heather received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She loves to knit, travel, go to concerts, exercise, eat well and entertain.
