Mr. El Nazer is co-founder and partner of Dubai based HK Ventures, a company investing in small and medium sized businesses. Between 2003 and 2010, Mr. El Nazer held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Egyptian Call Center Operator (ECCO). Since 1998, El Nazer has been playing a key role as the director and co-founder of Egyptian Telecom Services Corp. (ETS), a telecommunication services company and agent of Telecom Italia in Egypt. Mr. El Nazer holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
