Between 2000 and 2009, he was a partner at Matignon Investissement & Gestion, an independent fund manager specialized in growth capital, where he worked on ca. 15 transactions, mostly in the healthcare sector including medical devices, medical equipment and healthcare services. He therefore has supervised and supported many growth SMEs, both private and public, from initial investment to exit. Previously, Connan was an M&A analyst at J.P.
