Guillaume Connan is managing director of Chabé, the leading chauffeured cars company in Europe. He accumulates 15 years of private equity experience, in healthcare and IT, having mostly invested in growth and emerging European companies. He also serves on the board of several growth healthcare companies. Between 2000 and 2009, he was a partner at Matignon Investissement & Gestion, an independent fund manager specialized in growth capital, where he worked on ca. 15 transactions, mostly in the healthcare sector including medical devices, medical equipment and healthcare services. He therefore has supervised and supported many growth SMEs, both private and public, from initial investment to exit. Previously, Connan was an M&A analyst at J.P. Morgan and has co-founded two innovative information technology companies. He is a graduate of HEC. Connan is also board member of Ipsogen (Euronext, ALIPS) and Diagenode.
