Mr. Pensabene oversees Anadarko's federal and state government relations programs. He joined Anadarko as Vice President, Government Relations in 1997. Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Pensabene has extensive experience in law and public policy matters related to natural resources development. Prior to joining Anadarko, he was a partner in a Washington, D.C. based law firm.
Mr. Pensabene completed the Institute of Business Economics and Management at the University of Southern California School of Business and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and has held positions of leadership in the Natural Resources Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pensabene also is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Algeria Business Council.
