Biography

The 2015 season marks 21 years of dedicated service with the Atlanta Falcons for Greg Beadles.  In December 2013, Beadles was named Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for newly formed AMB Sports and Entertainment. AMB Sports & Entertainment was created to manage the Atlanta Falcons Football Club, Atlanta Falcons Stadium Company, and Atlanta United FC. Beadles’ career began in the NFL as an intern with the Falcons in 1995. His responsibilities have grown over the years after first overseeing financial operations of the club to now also include the technology, facilities, travel, and logistics departments. He is a key liaison with the NFL League Office and the Georgia Dome. His primary focus over the last few years has been the team’s new stadium efforts through negotiations with state and city officials and the overall development and financing of the state-of-the-art project slated for completion in 2017. Beadles is the son of a life-long college basketball coach and has been immersed in sports his entire life. He grew up traveling with his father on road trips and recruiting visits and gained valuable insight into the world of sports through those experiences. Greg also played sports as a youth and progressed to the college level where he played a year of small college basketball before transferring to Louisiana State University to begin his career focus on business. Beadles earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from LSU in 1991 and a Masters of Science in Sports Administration from Georgia State University in 1995.  He has also attended the NFL Executive Management Program at Stanford University in 2007.  The Atlanta Business Chronicle named Beadles its “CFO of the Year” in 2012 for his work with education related initiatives. He is founding chairman for both Dominion Classical Christian Academy in Lawrenceville, Georgia  and Arete Scholars Fund, a non-profit that provides K-12 scholarships for low-income children throughout Georgia and other states. He currently serves on Governor Deal’s State Education Reform Commission. Greg and his wife, Jill, reside with their four children, Ella, Grant, Evie and Hudson in Dacula, Georgia.
