Georg Pepping (born 1969) began his career with the Deutsche Telekom Group in 1997 as a commercial lawyer at T-Data Gesellschaft für Datenkommunikation mbH, where he took over as head of the internal legal department the following year. In 1999 he moved to the Group Employee Terms and Conditions department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters, where he was responsible for collective bargaining at domestic Group companies. He was appointed head of the Remuneration Systems and Total Compensation department in 2001.In 2003, Mr. Pepping took over the Human Resources Management (HRM) central department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters. As Head of the HRM Competence Center, he was responsible for compensation & benefits within the Deutsche Telekom Group, including social, collective agreement and co-determination policies in the Group. Georg Pepping has been Head of Human Resources and Labor Director at T-Systems and member of the Board of Management since September 1, 2010.
