Dr. Geoffrey N. Vernon, Ph.D., MBA, Ch.Dir, B.Pharama, serves as an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ziggus Holding Ltd. Dr. Vernon served as an Executive Officer of Evotec (Göttingen) AG. He serves as an Executive of Baxter Healthcare Corporation. He served as an Associate at Ciba-Geigy AG. Dr. Vernon was an Industry Advisor at Techno Venture Management (TVM) and TVM Capital GmbH. Dr. Vernon served as an Investment Professional of Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited. He served as Chairman of MedPharm Ltd, Veryan Medical, Ltd. and DeveloGen Israel Ltd. Dr. Vernon served as the Chairman of XTL Bopharmaceuticals Ltd. until January 2005. He serves as a Non-Executive Chairman and Director of a number of quoted and privately owned companies. Dr. Vernon served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc from January 1, 2001 to December 2010. He served as the Chairman of XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. until January 2005 and Tyra Tech Inc. until January 5, 2010. He served as a Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board at MorphoSys AG until May 8, 2015 its Member of Supervisory Board from 1999 to May 8, 2015. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Medisys PLC since November 18, 2002.
