Dr. Geoffrey N. Vernon, Ph.D., MBA, Ch.Dir, B.Pharama, serves as an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ziggus Holding Ltd. Dr. Vernon served as an Executive Officer of Evotec (Göttingen) AG. He serves as an Executive of Baxter Healthcare Corporation. He served as an Associate at Ciba-Geigy AG. Dr. Vernon was an Industry Advisor at Techno Venture Management (TVM) and TVM Capital GmbH. Dr. Vernon served as an Investment Professional of Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited. He is employed with Bayer Pharma AG. Over the last fifteen years he has established credibility with European and US investment bankers, analysts and financial institutions. He has worked in industry, public and private companies, venture capital and has exposure to fund management. He joined the TVM as a Senior Advisor in 1998 and was part of the life sciences team.
