Mr. Sundbø (born 1963) has been a Yara (Hydro) employee since 1987. He has been actively engaged in union matters in the Porsgrunn plant since 1989. He is Deputy Chairman and Treasurer of the local union chapter (Herøya Arbeiderforening) in Herøya Industripark Porsgrunn and Senior Shop Steward of Yara Porsgrunn. Sundbø is Chairman of the European Works Council (EWC) of Yara.
