Ms. Maor joined Teva’s Board of Directors in 2012. Ms. Maor served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M. Group from 1995 to 2012 after serving as Deputy General Manager of Bank Leumi from 1991 to 1995. She began her professional career at Bank of Israel, serving in several senior management positions from 1963 to 1989, including Supervisor of Banks and Chairperson of the Advisory Committee on Banking Issues.
Ms. Maor’s experience in the private sector as one of Israel’s leading banking executives and as a senior executive at Bank of Israel, as well as her service in various committees regarding the Israeli capital market and banking system, provides financial, capital markets, accounting and regulatory expertise.
