Ms. Sulzberger joined Teva’s Board of Directors in September 2015. Ms. Sulzberger has served as General Partner and Investment Manager of Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, L.P., a diversified investment fund, since its inception in October 2005. Ms. Sulzberger has served on the board of directors of Whole Foods Market, Inc. since 2003. Ms. Sulzberger’s entrepreneurial background, years of service as a public company director, including as chair of the audit committee, and her experience as a chief financial officer provides Teva with financial, leadership, strategy and risk assessment expertise.
