Friedrich has led efforts to create new companies from early technological conception through business plans, equity financing and intellectual property strategies through to full operations. His strengths are in drug research and development, project management, operations, strategy and intellectual property protection. His experience includes: Lexicon Genetics, Ceros Pharmaceuticals, Progression Therapeutics and Moleculin. Dr Friedrich also served as Venture Associate with BCM Technologies, the venture subsidiary of Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.
