Mr. Weiss joined the Board of Directors in 2000. Mr. Weiss is currently the managing director of the consulting firm FGW Consultancy LLC and was previously the managing director of FGW Associates, Inc., a position he held beginning 1997. Prior to joining FGW he served as an executive for Warner-Lambert for nearly 20 years, most recently as Vice President, Planning, Investment and Development. Mr. Weiss also served from 2000 to January 2017 as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of numerous BlackRock-sponsored mutual funds.
