Dr Armstrong is currently the Chairman of Summit Therapeutics (AIM and NASDAQ) and Caldan Therapeutics and a Non-Executive Director of Juniper Therapeutics (NASDAQ) and Mereo Pharma (AIM) He is a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Healthcare Royalty Partners and Epidarex Capital. Dr Armstrong is a Member of the Court of the University of Edinburgh. Dr Armstrong is a physician and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh). He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in September 2015.
