Biography
Francis joined National Oil in March 1989. He is the Corporation's Senior Geologist in the Exploration & Production department and is currently the Acting General manager – Upstream Operations.Prior to joining National Oil,Francis worked at the Ministry of Energy as a Geophysicist.
