He has held various positions with Arthur Andersen & Co, and worked as Regional Managing Partner from 1983– 1999. From 2001–2005, Mr. Berg Jacobsen worked as CFO and Chief of Staff at Aker Kvaerner. He is currently working as a consultant within corporate governance and corporate finance. Mr. Berg Jacobsen has served on the board, supervisory committees and task forces of several associations and organizations. He has been awarded the Royal Order of St. Olav for his contributions to the advancement of auditing and accounting in Norway.
