Felice has completed many research projects on better regulation and analysis of public policies for the European Commission and the European Parliament. He is currently managing the Cumulative Cost Assessment of the EU ceramics and glass industries for DG GROW and the Mid-Term Evaluation of the Hercule III Program for OLAF. He has also managed several research projects for the European Parliament on the Digital Economy and carried out other assignments dealing with policy benchmarking, sectoral analyses, business modeling and internationalization strategies. He has an extensive experience in data collection and analysis across EU countries, including conducting interviews and surveys and arranging stakeholder consultations on behalf of the European Commission. He is also an Associate Researcher at the Financial and Industrial Research Group (GRIF) “Fabio Gobbo” of LUISS “Guido Carli” University (Rome), where he focuses on the interplay between regulation, competition and industrial policy. At LUISS, he worked as a senior tutor and teaching assistant and served as a consultant at LUISS Business School. Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at the Italian Space Agency, where he conducted research on EU innovation policies and provided guidance to Italian companies to prepare convincing Horizon 2020 applications. In 2012 he was a Visiting Ph.D. Student at The Buchmann Faculty of Law (Tel Aviv University) and in 2011 he was a Visiting Researcher at Berkeley Law (University of California). He holds a Ph.D. in Law and Economics from LUISS University, an LL.M. cum laude in Law and Economics from Erasmus University of Rotterdam and from Ghent University, a two-year M.Sc. cum laude in Law and Economics and a Bachelor cum laude in Economics and Business from LUISS. He has published several papers on peer reviewed journals. Native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English.
