Starting her career in 1996 with Votorantim Quimica Fatima Tretel worked as a HR Manager at Group Servtec from June 2010 to December 2010. Before that she worked at Ingersoll Rand from 2008 March to February 2010 as the HR Manager, Latin America after working as a HR field manager for Baxter for 6 months in 2007. Tretel completed her MBA from University of Sao Paolo. Fatima has vast experience in designing and introducing institutional programs and Human Resources policies.
