Fabien de Ladonchamps joined ObsEva in October 2013 as Finance Director. He previously worked for 5 years with the Swiss listed company Addex Therapeutics, Geneva, as Group Financial Controller, where he participated to the raising of ca. CHF 30 million of equity through two private investments in 2011 and 2012. At Addex, Fabien was also responsible for the compliance with the SIX-Swiss Exchange reporting obligations, including the issuance of the company’s consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Prior to joining Switzerland in 2008, Fabien worked during 10 years for a French listed group acting in the sportswear industry where he held several management positions. He has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, as well as in corporate legal and HR functions. Fabien holds a French degree in Finance and Accounting obtained with the Lyon III University (Lyon, France).
