Dr. Eric P. Milledge, Ph.D. is an Operating Partner at Endeavour Vision SA and served as its Venture Partner Dr. Milledge joined Endeavour Vision SA in October 2009. His role is to work with the team on new Medtech investments and contribute to the development of the portfolio. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nfocus Neuromedical, Inc. since October 2010. Dr. Milledge has 37 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson. He started his career with Johnson & Johnson Company in 1973 as a Sales Representative for Ortho Canada. Dr. Milledge advanced through sales and marketing management positions and became a Member of the Ortho Canada Management Board in 1981. In 1986, he relocated to the United States as a National Sales Manager of Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation. Dr. Milledge then progressed to a Vice President of Corporate Development and a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ortho U.S. Since 1991, he served as President of Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation and since 1993, he served as the President of Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. he had spent 37 years in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry with Johnson & Johnson and private medical device startup companies. Dr. Milledge has been the Chairman of CeQur SA since October 2009. He served as the Chairman of Nfocus Neuromedical, Inc. since April 2009. He served as the Chairman at Symetis S.A. until May 25, 2016. Dr. Milledge served as Group Chairman for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. from June 1998 to October 2009 and also served as the Chairman of Johnson & Johnson at LifeScan, Inc. since January 2000. He is also a Member of the Board for DFB Pharmaceuticals. He has been a Director of ReShape Medical Inc. since August 08, 2016. He has been a Director of CeQur SA since October 2009. He serves as a Director of Orthobond Corp. Dr. Milledge serves as a Trustee to Martin House for Justice Foundation. He serves as a Director of Johnson and Johnson Development Corporation. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Glassbeam, Inc. He served as a Director of Symetis S.A. until August 9, 2016. He served as a Director of Nfocus Neuromedical, Inc. since April 2009. He served as a Director of Johnson & Johnson and retired from it in March 2006. He served on the Board of the Liberty Science Center and the Epilepsy Foundation. In 1995, Dr. Milledge served as the Chairman of the United Way of Somerset County. Throughout his career and through his global leadership roles he has spent 17 years traveling to Asia to build and develop healthcare businesses. Dr. Milledge has maintained many voluntary positions dedicated to the improvement of healthcare and medical technology. He was honored by the Women’s Counseling Center in 1998 and the Women’s Resource Center in 1994. He was the recipient of the 1994 Man of the Year award from the Epilepsy Foundation. In 1999, Dr. Milledge was honored as Humanitarian of the Year by the Martin House for Justice Foundation. In 2002, he was honored as “Father of the Year” by the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Milledge received an honorary Doctorate from St. Mary’s University in Economics and a B.Com degree from St. Mary’s University. He graduated in Business Studies at York University.
