An occupational psychologist specializing in the sociology of organizations, Elodie Loyant draws on a double experience in the field of human resources, first in the company, then in the field of consulting to organizations and individuals. After a career as a generalist in human resources: management, GPEC, recruitment, training and quality, she joined the board and joined the BPI group in 2002 to help companies succeed in their transformation projects.
