Elena Rechkalova is a top manager possessing cross functional experience of work in leading banks and companies and has a unique experience of work in retail business and consumer lending. She held executive positions at JSC Bank First OVK, JSC Alfa-Bank, and JSC National Bank Trust. She is currently the Deputy Co-Chair of the Commission on Banks and Banking of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, a member of Expert Councils and focus groups at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Deposit Insurance Agency, the Center for Strategic Research, etc. Elena Rechkalova has an experience of work in corporate governance: she was a member of the Board of Directors/member of the Audit Commission at VISA CEMEA Management, the Sheremetyevo Airport, and other companies. She is an MBA professor at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and an instructor on advanced training programs at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
