Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and business performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence Communicate with customers and suppliers, in all relevant BAA business territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities. Monitor, record, analyze and report on happenings and changes in aviation training practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the company‘s resources and procedures. Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities. Liaise with other group companies in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant business activities and support in relation to the organization's sales, training, integrated solutions proposals and overall operating functions. Plan and manage all sales activities covering all accounted regions Negotiate contracts for strategic partnerships and manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and cooperation. Report to shareholders board on organizational plans and performance.
