In the last 9 years as responsible for reporting the month end closings, plus 4 years as Accounting Manager responsible for 19 people in Brazil in three areas Accounting, Tax and Account Payables departments.  • Solid experience in team management, financial planning, tax planning, internal controls, preparations of financial statements in BRGAAP, IFRS and USGAAP. • Expertise in projects to implement IFRS, SPED Contábil, SPED FISCAL, SAP implementation (Key user in tree companies), tax planning (Transfer Price); participation in corporate strategies and responsible for evaluating finance and fiscal routine and procedures. • Tax management with strong legislation knowledge such as Income Tax (IRPJ, DIPJ and ECF), DCTF, IPI, ICMS, ISS and others (PIS/Cofins, etc…).  • Developed internal controls evaluation, needs identification and strategies definition focusing on the process optimization and business development. • Attend Internal and External Auditors (Price Waterhouse, Deloitte and KPMG) and special attention in all tax inspections from the country: Federal, State and Municipal (Fiscal Authority). • Coordination and customization of the systems implementation (ex: SAP, SYNCHRO) • Management of the administrative area, including attorneys, communication and legal documentation (contracts).  • Finance management involving Treasury, exchange rate, payroll, costs, corporate budget (Real X Estimated due to the forecast). • Inventories coordination.
