Dr. Ralph Mellon completed MPH at Columbia University School of Public Health in New York. He has completed medicine at Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy at Port-au-Prince in 1985. Dr. Ralph Mellon research interest is focus on Anti Retro viral Therapy (ART), Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), prevention of Mother-To-Child Transmission (pMTCT) of HIV and various aspects of the HIV/AIDS pandemic to physicians in private practice
