Douglas C. Gunthardt serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at CeQur SA. Mr. Gunthardt served as Chief Executive Officer of Siegfried Group at Siegfried Holding AG from 2007 to October 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Siegfried Ltd. of Siegfried Holding AG from 2000 to 2007. He joined Siegfried Holding AG in 1996. He was Chief Financial Officer for four years. Prior to joining Siegfried, he worked in various functions for Hewlett-Packard. He served as Finance Director of Compaq Computer Switzerland from 1988 to 1994 and as Director of International Finance for Haemmonetics, Inc. He has 20 years international leadership experience with both American high-tech and Swiss life science corporations in business development, finance and general management. He served as Int'l Director of F & A at Haemonetics. He serves as Director of the Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Chemische Industrie (SGCI) and Ricola AG. Mr. Gunthardt completed studies in Applied Mathematics at Harvard University followed by the Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Strategic Planning at Stanford University in California (USA) in 1984.
