Dominique Grau is senior vice president of Human Resources for Agilent Technologies. He is responsible for Agilent’s global human resource practices, policies and operations, which include leadership and talent development, total rewards, staffing and workforce planning. Prior to this appointment, Grau was Agilent’s vice president of Worldwide Human Resources. He was responsible for directing global HR strategies, which included management of Agilent’s total rewards, staffing, regional HR compliance and HR administration. He has been with Agilent since its inception in 1999, initially as director of HR information technologies.
