Mr. Doan Ngoc Hoan has been General Director at Vietnam Investment Securities Company, formerly VNS Security Joint Stock Company, since February 10, 2007. He has been reappointed its Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Management since July 11, 2017, after being its Member of the Board of Management since March 25, 2017, and before that, its Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Management since February 10, 2007. He served at Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation from 2000 to May 2007, and at Asia Pacific Joint Stock Commercial Bank for five years before that.
