Doan Dac Hoc has been Director at Petroleum Mechanical Joint Stock Co since November 1, 2009, after being its Deputy Director since August 2008. He was its Head of Business Office from 2003 to November 1, 2009. He has also been its Member of the Board of Management since 2003. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. He joined the Company in 1991.
