Mr. Mitchell currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Covis Pharma Holdings S.a.r.l. He has built successful pharmaceutical businesses in both the public and private sectors and is passionate about product development and commercialization. Following a long and varied career at GlaxoSmithKline and Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mr. Mitchell has been deeply involved in building entrepreneurial companies as CEO of Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Alpharma Inc. and Lux Biosciences and as a board member of multiple companies. He holds an MBA degree from City University Business School, London, and a BSc degree in Applied Biology from Coventry University, UK.
