David R. Edmondson is vice president and project director‒Jazan at Air Products. He has overall responsibility for the company’s integrated gasification combined-cycle air separation unit project in Saudi Arabia.    Mr. Edmondson joined Air Products in 1987 and has held a variety of roles in Engineering and business segments, including project management, project development, sales and business management. In 1997 he became Generated Gases product supply team manager, Europe, and in 1998 he was named general manager for Generated Gases, Europe, accountable for the Generated Gases European business and global sale of equipment business. In 2002 Mr. Edmondson assumed the role of director and general manager of the European Electronics business, which provided him with an opportunity to broaden his horizons and gain experience in a different part of Air Products’ business portfolio. This was a period of considerable change with a major acquisition to oversee and the introduction of SAP during a difficult time for the Electronics industry as a whole.
