David was appointed CEO of Mediclinic Middle East in 2009, and became CEO of the enlarged company after its combination with Abu Dhabi-based Al Noor Hospitals Group in February 2016. As a result of the combination, Mediclinic Middle East is now the UAE’s largest private healthcare company with 6 hospitals, 34 clinics and more than 700 inpatient beds across the UAE and Oman. A recognised leader within the Healthcare Field known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals, global team-building and development. David Hadley is the Chief Executive Officer for Mediclinic Middle East, which is owned by Mediclinic International, the third largest listed private hospital group in the world outside of the United States. David joined Mediclinic Southern Africa in 1993. He held a variety of roles in Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Hospital Management before being seconded to Dubai in 2007 to oversee the opening of the company’s first "off shore" facility, Mediclinic City Hospital, which opened in 2008 in Dubai Healthcare City.
