Dave Hayes and his Wife Vicki Hayes founded Rehab Alliance in 1987. Dave has vast experience in all setting both as a treating therapist and on the business/management side. Dave is the two time president of the California Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Associations (APTA). He has written and been involved in many of the current regulations that currently dictate physical therapy practice. Dave is an expert in therapy services including management, regulations, ethics, business development, contracting, reimbursement structure, financial management and conflict resolution.
