David holds a Master of Public Health degree from UNC Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. David is a frequent writer and speaker and has guest lectured at New York University’s Stern School of Business and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. is the Senior Director, Next Generation Clinical Development, at QuintilesIMS. In this role he is responsible for supporting and developing the go-to-market strategy and working directly with the global marketing and business development teams to apply and present transformative clinical development solutions that meet client needs.
David has deep expertise in the industry with more than 10 years of experience consulting worldwide with biopharmaceutical organizations. This experience extends to working with a broad range of stakeholders—including provider associations and patient advocacy groups—on the development of real world evidence to support regulatory, quality, effectiveness and safety requirements. He has also led several key accounts, developing new strategic partnerships and significantly growing existing relationships.
