I am a food safety professional that has extensive experience managing people, projects and budgets to successful completion. My food industry experience includes but is not limited to: milling, bakeries, fresh cut produce, french fry manufacturing, foodservice and retail, foodservice distribution, abattoirs, meat processing and dairy industries. Working within the regulatory environment I have gained far reaching contacts and a deep understanding of regulatory affairs. Couple the regulatory with a comprehensive knowledge of food safety throughout the entire food continuum I am a valuable resource. My goal is to assist entities in the food continuum to maintain and develop new markets through adoption of food safety systems.
