Dante has almost 30 years of combined experience in Operations particularly Manufacturing and Supply Chain, specializing in key areas in Plant Management, Production and Production Planning, Environmental, Health & Safety, Logistics and Materials Management, SAP R/3-ERP implementation for Manufacturing He worked with large local and multinational manufacturing companies starting his career in 1983 at Labtech Mfg., Inc., a semiconductor company, as Management Trainee / Production Supervisor. In 1986, he moved to Mattel Philippines, Inc as Production Supervisor. He also worked for San Miguel Corporation- Agribusiness Division as the Head for Logistics Operations. In 1991, he moved to Pfizer Philippines, Inc, handling various key positions in Production Management and Warehousing/Shipping. In 1997, he joined U-Bix Corporation as AVP for Manufacturing. Prior to joining Interphil in 2000, he was the Logistics Manager of Evenflo Phils., Inc. He started his career in Interphil as Division Manager for Logistics and Materials Management and in 2004 became the Division Manager for Manufacturing. In 2007, he was the Project Leader for the SAP R/3-ERP Implementation for Manufacturing and in 2009, prior to his current position he was tasked to handle the management of Interphil’s own products/brands as the New Products Manager. Dante is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management and Industrial Engineering from the MAPUA Institute of Technology.
