Cristian Stroia is a Research Assistant at CEPS in the Energy and Climate Change Unit. After having attended courses in Political Science in the USA, he obtained a B.A. in International Relations and European Studies in Romania, and is currently completing his M.A. in European and International Studies in Italy. Cristian has previously been involved in the NGO sector in Romania, in business and entrepreneurship programs, non-formal education initiatives and policy debate projects. His current research interests include: environmental and climate change issues, renewable energy, European urban sustainable development towards low-carbon smart cities.
