Mr. Rolph serves as Managing Director of Tall Oaks Capital, LP and is Chief Financial Officer of EpiEp and UVa startup iTiHealth. He is also a co-founder of the Tall Oaks Capital Partners, LLC and looks after the administration and day-to-day operations since 2003. Previously, Mr. Rolph was a Managing Director at the firm. He co-founded D&R Development and Downtown Main Street Partners in 1995. In 1985, Mr. Rolph formed and managed LA Lithographics until he sold in 1993. He serves as the Chairman of the Downtown Property Owners Council. Additionally, Mr. Rolph serves on several community Boards. He received a B.Sc. from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1982.
